Agreement

By installing or using the PharmaBoost Shopify app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service description

PharmaBoost provides workflow software for UK pharmacies on Shopify: forms, submission queues, product limits, variant reorder rules, customer profiles, and related theme blocks. It is not a pharmacy, prescriber, or supplier of medicines.

Merchant responsibilities

You must maintain valid GPhC registration and appropriate policies for your services; ensure storefront marketing complies with MHRA and ASA rules; configure lawful consent on forms; review and approve or reject each clinical or supply decision; and comply with UK GDPR as data controller.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (Basic and Premium) are billed through Shopify's app billing system. Prices, trials, and features are shown in-app and on pharmaboost.co.uk/app. You may cancel according to Shopify subscription rules. Feature access may change if payment fails or subscription ends.

Free tier limits

The Free plan includes limited pharmacy and prescription forms as described in-app. NHS forms and variant reorder rules require Premium unless otherwise stated.

Availability & support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided via documentation and email at support@pharmaboost.co.uk on a reasonable-efforts basis.

Disclaimer

The app is provided 'as is' without warranties of fitness for a particular clinical outcome. PharmaBoost is not liable for regulatory enforcement, clinical decisions, or revenue outcomes arising from your use of the app.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PharmaBoost's liability is limited to fees paid for the app in the twelve months preceding a claim. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

Termination

You may uninstall at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms or abuse. Upon termination, data handling follows our privacy policy and Shopify redact webhooks.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
